Samantha K. Wolfe, Esq.

Samantha K. Wolfe, Esq., is the founder of The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe, LLC in Waynesboro, PA. Her practice areas include elder law, estate planning, business succession planning, estate administration and probate. 

Samantha earned her B.A. in journalism at Penn State University and her juris doctor from Regent University School of Law. She earned her Masters of Law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She was a co-author of the Fourth Edition and Fifth Edition of the Pennsylvania Trust Guide published by George T. Bisel Co, Inc., as well as a co-author of the 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025 annual supplements for the Pennsylvania Trust Guide. Samantha was the author of the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Cumulative Supplement for Remick’s Pennsylvania Orphan’s Court Practice. 

Samantha is an adjunct professor at Dickinson School of Law in the area of estate planning. She is affiliated with the following organizations: National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Pennsylvania Bar Association; and Wealth Counsel. Samantha is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lycoming Law Association, and the Franklin County Law Association.
