LINDA ANDERSON is the founder and principal lawyer of Anderson Elder Law, serving clients in the Delaware Valley. Her practice focuses on Elder Law, Special Needs Trusts, and Estate Planning. In addition to being one of only 58 Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Pennsylvania, Ms. Anderson is the current President of PAELA (Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys), past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a fellow of ACTEC (American College of Trust and Estate Counsel), and an invited member of the SNA (Special Needs Alliance). Her firm provides many traditional estate planning and administration services but is best known for the care and attention they provide to all their clients, addressing each individual’s unique situation.
