About Us

Ms. Breslin is a partner with the Brookhaven, Delaware County, firm of Pappano & Breslin.  Her law practice focuses primarily on the legal needs of the elderly, including but not limited to document preparation such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives; estate and trust administration; planning for long-term care expenses, as well as medical assistance application.  She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).  She is one of the original members of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and serves on its Board of Directors.  She is a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section.  Ms. Breslin is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  Ms. Breslin is a graduate of Villanova Law School and Immaculata University.  She has served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Health Law Project, Senior Community Services, and Delaware County Estate Planning Council.  She currently serves on the Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging Advisory Council.
